Best free outside adventure for the boys. Loved exploring and trying to figure out what the rooms used to be, the weird passages, stairs, huge windows and fireplaces. Great view from the cliffs, spotting the shops and helicopter. Finding the room that inspired Bram Stoker. Great walk from the village through the woods much prettier than the walk from the main road.

Great place to visit surprisingly no signs stopping your from entering there are some dangerous parts like the spiral staircase without any barriers to stop you falling, all is OK if your careful. views are amazing

Lovely ruins. Magnificent seaviews. Nice walks around and inside. Driveway up to castle by private road on by foot.

Amazing place, the view and area was amazing. It was nice being out away from the city. I would be careful tho if you take kids as there are some steep drops into the water.

Wonderful old castle ruin with lots of little parts to explore or indeed creep yourself out There are two parts which go \downstairs\ which are dark and a tad eerie but its all part of the experience. There's a spiral staircase up the largest tower which I'd recommend climbing but be careful as the steps are quite small. If you research the castle before visiting its amazing how it used to look. Such a shame its in its current state but it means its free for us all to explore. There is no charge to enter the castle etc. There was some rubbish around but that's not the castles fault, usual idiots littering the beautiful countryside sadly. Its worth a visit in my opinion.
