Another fantastic meal, this time for my birthday. Have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly, the welcome warm and the food exceptional - all for a more than reasonable price. Could happily go every week.

First visit but won't be the last (at least after their lockdown, they move into Tier 3 after tomorrow). We indulged in the Early Bird 2 course Special menu @ 5. Very generous portions, really delicious cod & chips. Lovely staff and excellent Covid-19 measures in place.
We went as a part of eat out to help out and it was a great experience. Staff was very helpful and the food is just absolutly delicious. Portions were enormous and we got free drinks, deserts and kids meals with an adult meal. They have capacity for large numbers of guests and they get the food out very quickly. We've been before the eat out to help out at the beginning of the year and it was also great! We have a table booked for Christmas now and are looking forward to it!
This pub/restaurant is an absolute gem! Excellent service, friendly staff (even when its busy) value for money is incredible, paid 10 to feed family of 4 and the food was delicious! Even with the current pandemic the service is incredibly efficient, we only waited for about 5-10 minutes. The allergy menu for kids is amazing. There is a play area for little ones. 5 stars all the way
