Have had a few interactions with the ladies here for various businesses and projects . Nothing short of courteous , professional services are provided here . May be a dollar or two more then the next guy but the attentiveness and quality they provide far outweighs any concerns over pennies on the dollar .

Went into this store w/ my teenage daughter...no greeting, no eye contact, no nothing. Another family walks in & BOOM, everything! I felt black in a neighborhood in which I actually grew up in. No worries, my dollars spent just as easily where they are wanted.
I did not buy anything from Threadwell, but it was pleasant visit. This shop has very good items for souvenirs to buy and to make. Tote bags, cushions and pouches could be personalized here.

Very friendly customer service. I went to Threadwell, to put a name on a blanket for me and it came out beautiful. I am in love with their speedy service and the details of the blanket. They even wrapped a ribbon around it .
