I needed service on my Yamaha snowmobile that other power sports shops wouldn’t or couldn’t do. Cycle Design folks gladly accepted the job and did the work quickly and thoroughly. They were the most friendly and helpful shop I’ve ever dealt with. There is no question that I’ve found the shop for all my future service needs and new purchases!

I have been taking our bikes to Cycle Design for over 15 years for service. I just sold my bike on consignment and can't say enough good things about Jayma, Ryan and Joe. Always great service. If you have a bike you need to sell and just don't have time, let them sell it for you. You'll be glad you did. 5 Stars!!!!!!

I purchased a new 2020 Yamaha R6 from Cycle Design at the end of July 2020. The employees helped make the whole process very quick and easy for me; especially since I was purchasing from out of state. With the help of both the sales and service they were able to make the entire transaction complete and picked up the bike within 48 hours of first calling them to see if they still had the Raven model (all black on black) still in stock. I would highly recommend using Cycle Design, especially if you’re in the market for a motorcycle or anything Yamaha related. Very pleased with the overall experience and the above and beyond great customer service they provided.
