I was disappointed I paid for a ultimate birthday package. Once I got there I was over charged however the manager did correct. 200 I got a yellow table cloth for decorations the helium machine was down so no balloon's. The wings were delicious though!

I went with my family, what I saw was 3 machines off wait like 10 minutes nobody take a look to fix , I let a person know and she said tell to guy at desk that she doesn't knows about it, they fixed it after all,when I'm going to change the tickets 3 tickets machines doesn't works only one, we have wait for that one, could be good if one of them take a look around so everything working good, seem to be like 6 o 7 people working there.
seems like the adults here have more fun than the kids playing at the arcade the prizes are silly but its the fun of watching who got the most tickets in the building lol the most expensive set of ring toss toys i won there
Came in to order and bad customer service miriam the general manger had poor customer service. Unsure will be given it a second guess coming to this location.
