We went past three or four times as it was just around the corner from the hotel. There was a certain \that's too easy\ about it. But in the end we landed here and it was delicious. Just the best you can have in Tuscany traditional food done well with just a touch of inspiration that lifts it above the traditional. Great friendly service, wonderful food at a fair price. What else can you ask for?

Lovely meal here on arrival in Pisa
It's always a pleasure to go to Rossini when I am in town. Top traditional food, friendly atmosphere, sufficiently off the beaten track and yet central. Will be back of course!
Nice service and great food. Me and my boyfriend both really enjoyed our food. It was recommended by an Italian friend. So I guess it also fits the local people taste. Anyway we had a great time there.
