My Mom Sent Four Boxes With This Company And Every Single Time They Would Deliver The Boxes They Would Just Drop It Off Close To The Destination Regardless Of Who Was There. The Prices Are Not Cheap For Them To Just Drop Off The Box And Leave And Not Make Sure It Went To The Right Location. The Last Time We Sent A Box, The People Were So Rude. We Were Just Calling To Ask Questions And They Just Answered The Phone With So Much Attitude And Asked Us To Stop Calling, After I Paid For My Box. Terrible Customer Service And Quality. If I Could Give A Zero I Would. EDIT: Thank You For Replying Back To Me. I Never Mention Being Upset About The Delay In My Box. I Understand That It Is Holiday Time And So One Or Two Boxes Might Take Time. What I'm Upset About Is That When I Called You To Ask A Simple Question You Yelled At Me For Calling. No One Would Answer The Phone So I Kept Calling Because I Needed Reassurance That The Box Was Delay And Not Lost Since You Guys Had Delivered All The Other Boxes On Time. THE REASON I'M GIVING YOU A BAD REVIEW IS DUE TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. All I Needed To Know Was That Everything Was Okay But And The Box Was Not Lost, But Instead You Yelled And Made My Worries Seem Bad Like A Lost Box Has Never Happened Before. You Yelled At Me \It Will Get There When It'll Get There\. Is That Not A Valid Reason To Be Angry And Give A Bad Review.

Very terrible services from this company. They were supposed to deliver my boxs weeks ago and when I tried calling them they screamed at me and told me to stop calling. They're rude and irresponsable. Terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

No recomiendo este lugar ellos meten cajas de otros clientes en tu vehículo y tu pagas impuestos por cosas que no son tuyas ,tuve la.mala experiencia que envie mi auto y me llego mal el.interior por cajas ,sillones rotos y con malos recorredores por carga son unos estafadores de primera y no se hacen responsables!!si ya los vi negando todo ratas!! Alas pruebas me remito y tengo.abogado! Si quieren pelearlo! La SAT de Guatemala me dio los recibos ratas con cola.y se llama derecho de libre expresión para que no estafen más gente.
No es un buen lugar para mandar cajas. Cobran mucho y son muy groseros.
Son muy responsables en la entrega siempre han llegado a tiempo el dia q me han ofrecido ese dia llega. Siempre responden a cualquier duda, son de mucha confianza. Y los precios son juntos.
