Receptionists are rude , not helpful and makes many mistake and even when you try to bring that up with practice manager , he doesn’t care.

Poor work rate in regards to getting a matter sorted. Customer service needs improvement, in terms of approach. We aren't come to buy a product, we come to seek help, empathy and a bit of guidance in regards to a medical issue that someone needs assurance an support. We don't want a receptionist that delivers a yes or no answer, as if your a computer. We just want a smile an a nicer attitude to help make that difference in your service as part of the NHS. On that note regarding your graft as part of the NHS, I appreciate your help and thank you. I will give a 3 based on you being part of the NHS.
My wife has been waiting for over an hour for her appo with no end in sight. We had to book this appointment 2 weeks in advance as well. Rubbish, just utter rubbish.
WHY ARE SOME OF THE RECEPTIONISTS SO NOT UNDERSTANDING ? YOU ARE MADE TO FEEL LIKE YOU ARE WANTING A MILLION POUND ? IM DIABETIC... I HAVE HAD A FOOT PROBLEM FOR MONTHS NOW..1 DR I HAVE SEEN TWICE MISSED DIAGNOSED MY PROBLEM.. ITS GOT WORSE ? TRYING TO SEE A DR IS LIKE TRYING TO GET A FREE LONG TERM HOLIDAY . I JUST WANT IT SORTED I CAN BARELY WALK..IM ALREADY DISABLED..IM IN A LOT OF PAIN CANNOT GET TO HOSPITAL BUT WHEN YOU RING ITS ...SORRY ALL BOOKED UP FOR 3 WEEKS..WHEN YOU RING ON THE DAY YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH WHEN YOU DO ? SORRY ALL GONE .. I GET TOLD LOOK AFTER YOUR FEET I DO ...BUT NOW ITS GETTING WORSE AND GUESS WHAT ? ITS GOING TO REQUIRE LONGER MEDICAL HELP MORE DISTRESS FOR ME PROBABLY LOOSE MY FOOT... MORE COST TO NHS.. ALL BECAUSE RECEPTIONISTS CANNOT FIT YOU IN ??? DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND AN EMERGENCY ?? IM NOT A MOANER JUST WANT TO GET BETTER .. THERES NO COMPASSION WITH THEM...WHY ????? THE ODD 1 IS GR8 AND TRYS TO GET YOU IN TO SEE A DR ? SORRY FOR MOAN BUT IM SO STRESSED.. REGARDS PAT
Piss poor customer service, would rather take my chances with a third world practice than have to deal with the consultants running the reception desk. I mean I'm guessing their consultants given how much they know about everything and everyone's ailments and policies and procedures... shame I can't give 0 stars.
