Russell - owner of The Dorset Yacht Company - UK dealer for Boston Whaler UK - has been brilliant over the past two years since buying a Dauntless 180. The boat was prepared exactly as we had agreed and he went over and above to make the whole purchase experience a pleasure. I wanted a different brand of engine than he would normally sell - an Evinrude Etec 150 and he sourced and fitted it with good humour and professionalism. The after sales has been excellent as well and he quickly finds solutions to the small issues that have needed resolving with the boat. He is passionate about the brand of Boston Whaler and is thoughtful in giving great customer service - even finding me some specialist Evinrude oil on bank holiday monday when most chandlers were closed.
