WE needed a replacement lap top as our old lap top had become very slow. Thanks to Tech Medics research in supplying a lap top that would best work for our company we now have an excellent piece of equipment. The care and attention provided with setting up the new lap top and the support provided has been first class. 1st Class personal service which is rare to find these days

I contacted Martin from Tech Medics about my overheating PS4, which sounded like a jet engine taking off it was so loud. Martin was very quick to reply, and got the job done the very next day after me dropping it off in the evening. Excellent service, excellent price, very responsive and helpful to any questions I had. Even showed me what the problem was and what he has done to resolve it. Would 100% contact Tech Medics if I have any problems with any future electronics.

Great, quick service. Martin is fantastic. Jan 2021 Edit: After several recent calls to the retailer I purchased a PS4 Pro in Jan 2018 and providing Tech Medic’a engineer report, I’ve just received a full refund of almost 400. Would highly recommend Martin’s engineering skills and knowledge of consumer rights.
