Contacted them by email regarding an outstanding safety recall. They did not reply. Sent second email and one to Audi UK who contacted them and initiated a response. I was aware of the field remedy in respect of the recall which consists of a software update and replacement of the abs control module should certain fault codes be generated following the update. Audi Preston insisted that it was only a software update and no parts would be fitted. I escalated the matter to the Director at Audi UK who at executive level agreed with me. After the software update the relevant fault codes were apparent as expected. Needless to say the module was replaced at Audi's expense. When I initially contacted Preston Audi I simply wanted to confirm what would be done before I took the car in for the recall work. A simple confirmation is all I wanted and instead they were evasive. Transparency is not a lot to ask for.

My wife and I visited Preston Audi just to have a look at the A1 models on show. We had no intention of buying a car but ended up having a test drive in one and followed that up with a purchase. Salesman Jason was very helpful, informative and patient throughout our visit and test drive and we left delighted with our purchase. The collection of the car within lockdown regulations was very efficiently handled. All we need now is a retuen to 'normal' so that we can start to enjoy our new car! From our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending Preston Audi.
We dealt with Callum regarding the service of both my husband's and my vehicles. He was very professional, friendly and caring towards us. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Certainly an asset to your team.
Brilliant place!! Bought two cars from here and my latest one, which is a S3 Saloon is unbelievable. Joanne found us our dream car within hours of us telling her what we want. This lady is a magician!! Not only did we get a great deal but a great service, we will not buy from anywhere else. If they don't have the car you want there, believe me they will find it! After a few days Joanne even phoned us to ask us how we are finding our new car, which is good customer service. If we could give more then five stars then we would. Audi should be proud of this place and we will always recommend them. Thanks Joanne! We will see you in the future!
