I've just visited Preston Gas and must say I'm less than impressed with the customer service received from the lady at the desk. It was quite obvious that I was a little inexperienced when it comes to gas yet she seemed exasperated when it came to explaining. She didn't smile once and seemed less than impressed that I had brought a BP gas bottle as they 'only do Calor,' (as if I was supposed to know!) Unfortunately her attitude made me not want to purchase the option she gave me and I left.

Been into here as I have purchased a new BBQ, really helpful staff they helped me out of what could have been a difficult situation as I had been sold the wrong gas elsewhere, couldn't have been more helpful to someone who didn't know what they were doing
