Excellent efficient service. Very friendly and helpful. Offered to repair the same day but I chose the following day in the evening. A fixed price repair with work guaranteed for 12 months. I will not hesitate to recommend or use Luke's company again.

I messaged Luke about repairing my oven and was impressed by how promptly he replied. Within minutes I had arranged for my oven to be repaired the following day. I received a two hour time slot and then on the actual day of repair a more precise time. Luke was professional from start to finish. He maintain social distancing throughout his visit and completed the job quickly. I would definitely recommend him.
Came the next day after I tried about 6 other local numbers without luck . Good communication about times etc ... Came out on a Sunday evening - prefixed price that was fair . Luke was professional , friendly and got the job done .
I have never spoken to primerepair before. I had a major issue with my daughter's oven. I got an automated response from the company and a text from Luke within 30 minutes. He asked what the problem was and responded immediately with an all inclusive price. The first available appointment was 24 hours, which was great, and Luke said he would be there between 4.00pm and 6.00pm. Luke arrived within the scheduled time frame, was extremely polite and knowledgeable and fixed the oven within 20 minutes. My daughter, who is on her own with small children felt very comfortable in Luke's presence. Thanks Luke for a great service - just wished you covered Southport!!. My daughter won't contact anybody else in future. A very highly recommended professional.
