We booked a private walking tour of London through this company and it was fantastic. Our tour guide \Jasmin\ met us at our hotel right on time and had mapped out a great plan for us to see all the sights we were interested in. Even better she included several stops we had not planned on but found them to be very interesting. She made a great recommendation of a British pub for lunch. I highly recommend this company and especially Jasmin.

Excellent tour with Gio from the very beginning to end. Having a separate driver made the experience extremely accommodating. We have a family of five with a big age range in kids (8-20) and all three were engaged the entire time. We especially loved Gio’s stories and insight Into London history. Very informative and entertaining!
Gio was certainly too notch. He welcomed us to our first visit to London like an ambassador for the city. His depth of knowledge and sharp wit made for an extremely informative and entertaining tour. My wife and I would highly recommend him for anyone wanting a tour of London.
My husband and I had a full day tour with Gio on New Year's Eve. We had a wonderful time. It was so nice to go around the city, just the three of us, and not a large overwhelming group. We were able to see a great deal of the city in a short amount of time, even Greenwich, and Gio was extremely knowledgable. He met us promptly at the hotel, had great information throughout the tour, suggested a wonderful restaurant for lunch, was able to answer any questions we had, and was extremely friendly. We had a wonderful time!
I am a travel agent that very hesitantly sent a client with some cognitive disabilities on a solo trip to London. Because of her disability i did not want her to have to be alone in the city, so I booked Private London tours for her for 2 days. Communication was fantastic, I sent them a list of the things she was interested in and what she was hoping to do, and the responded rapidly, and offered suggestions and other options to make the visit more personalized. Once my client arrived, she was well taken care of. Gio was her driver, and he let me know in advance that he would be doing her tours, so I could prepare her. He made sure she was never left alone in any of the attractions they visited, and even took photos for her since she did not know how to use the camera on her phone. Gio also checked in with the concierge at her hotel later to make sure she didn't need any assistance for other days, or for dinner. Top notch service, and I cannot recommend this company enough.
