We got in touch with Jay through WhatsApp, which was effortless and discussed the alteration. Jay and the team took their time to understand what was needed and within 1 week of returning the bracelet for the alteration, the bracelet was back with me. The team were responsive and proactive. The customer care is second to none - would definitely recommend!

I have had a really good experience at Pure Jewels. They have a good collection of Indian Gold jewellery and some good advice is offered by the staff members whom we found to be polite and knowledgeable. A special word of mention about Jay.
