It tasted pretty good but not exactly like the one in Taiwan. You can feel the taste of tomato, intense and sweet. The meat was a bit dry but the stripes were good. I prefer the beef noodle in a bowl not in a plastic one. Love it. Will come again to try the dry series.

Comforting soups with great chewy noodles and a soup base that reads like a clean tasting younger sibling of a richer broth. Maybe a dollar or two higher than it could be but in Manhattan it'd be priced aight and no one would bat an eye. Satisfying portion. Lacks the pretentiousness of manhattan. Great for giving yourself a space to feel safe with some soup. If you like cozy unassuming places. Low-key comfort food. And feel like a weary traveller. I think you'll find a sense of safety and comfort in eating here. I definitely can see myself coming back here if I was in the area to try some of their other dishes.

Ordered their take out. My first impression is overprice for very small portion. There are two pork buns in the menu photo but it only comes with one, and surprisingly small one. For the taste, everything is over rated. The soup is pretty much like water with darker color. Pretty much has no flavor. Same for their other dishes, no flavor at all. It's pretty much like just adding soy sauce to tofu without doing anything. Total disappointment

Food is delicious. Our son has a nut allergy and they were very attentive to that need. Outdoor seating was simple but comfortable. Table service could be more attentive but was sufficient. Prices are reasonable and food was delicious.

I highly recommend them! They are very tasty and high quality Taiwanese noodles.
