Impressive how clean and tiddy the place is and the excellent service provided. Good, traditional food, not the best Romanian food I ever had, but good enough. Deserts, particularly well made. Definitely recommended.

It is second time I have visited Hanul Haiducilor and we had a quick lunch on the way. First time I was in different locations but I had really good memory. This time I had awsome papanasi my girlfriend and other friend had soups. Ciorba de fasole in bread looks and taste really good, my girlfriend wanted to have some hot light snack so she decided to have a simple chicken soup. Three of us tried papanasi and we all agreed that those are absolutely in top 10 in Romania which we tried so far (in two years here I am trying them 1-4 times per month across the country so I know what I am talking about :) )
Good food , I will return to this restaurant whenever I have the chance

3 stars only because of the nice decorations. Food was not well prepared. I've even found some hair inside my plate.
Traditional restaurant near the road at the entrance of the city. The food has a variety, prices seemed ok generally, still I was shocked to pay for an simple egg and brain and 2 fresh 58! Lei. Very expensive after me for a simple breakfast. 14 lei is to much for a glas of fresh orange.it was my 3thd and last visit here. Sorry to say it.
