A great place friendly people and perfect service. Try the spare ribs...and the meats you will love it.
While staying at the WestCord hotel in Raalte we decided to go for a meal at Taveerne Tivoli which is located next to hotel which makes it a very convenient dinner option. A cosy restaurant, friendly staff and the menu had something on offer for everyone. We loved the dishes ordered, food was fine and nicely presented. However, the long waiting time somewhat spoilt it for us and slightly surprised us since the restaurant was not fully booked and there was more than one waitress on duty. After a busy day and some travelling, we did not plan to have such a lenghty dinner (nearly 3 hours). It took nearly an hour before our starters made it to table and another wait before our main courses did. Dessert was forgotten because of a wi-fi hiccup which interfered with ordering system but was served when we asked for it again.
A beautiful location with the super interesting old motor cycles museum next door. We had the daily special diner, secreto de cerdo and had a great time. After we danced and partied with the Dutch to a live rock and roll band. Highly recommended!!
