Emailed these guys the other day as needed 2 laptops. 1 for my daughter & one for myself to DJ. Service 2nd to none. Mike emailed me back within an hour and promised to sort this enquire out Monday. Monday morning without fail Simon emailed me back he had 3 options for both my daughter and myself. Went down after work Monday and bought his recommendations. My daughter hasn't put her laptop down & mine replaces a steam engine with a jet engine of laptops. So pleased with our purchases and saved about 4-500 on new products. Would highly recommend these guys and I will be. Thanks guys appreciate what you did for us. We'll definately be back when we need another computer. Rob & family.

I can't fault my experience with Rapid PCs today. I rung up and spoke to a very helpful gentleman about needing a laptop for remote teaching and was told I could come into store which was amazing. When I arrived I was advised on which laptop would support my teaching and University work and found exactly what I needed. All staff were honest and so helpful. Thanks so much guys!
Fantastic experience, really lovely, helpful and friendly people. I took my daughters laptop in as she was having difficulty loading the school stuff on it. They freed up as much space as possible, however it still wasn't enough so they replaced it on the computers 4 kids scheme, they are going to sort my other computer out for my younger daughter to do her school work. Wonderful service, thank you.
Excellent service today, fast inexpensive replacement PC cloned from my old hard drive. Went in at 1pm, collected at 3.20pm. I've used Rapid PC for many years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
My family and I have used Rapid PCs for a few years now and they have fixed my memory stick that was in bits in the past!.. but they somehow managed to retrieve all my files and documents and transfer them to another stick which I was so grateful for. I recently took my laptop in to be looked at and they were highly helpful, friendly as always and I got my laptop back within a couple of days. The service each time is excellent, I would highly recommend Rapids!.. if anyone knows things about laptops they do!. and I wouldn't go anywhere else!.
