I recently purchased a Player Series Telecaster from Hickies and had great help in deciding which guitar to get. Unfortunately we both overlooked a small crack in the lacquer behind the neck and I phoned up when I noticed at home. Duncan was great and reassured me they'd get it replaced as soon as the model was in stock - even let me keep the old one while they ordered it in. Picked up the new one today with no hassle. They couldn't have handled it better. Very happy, love the guitar.
