Fantastic food with super friendly service. The chef who speaks English explained the different options on the menu to us. The food and desert was fesh and the service worth 6 stars alone. One of the best meals we've had in Asturias.

Funny how we feel the need to chase the top places on Google\\TA. This is one time we just stopped at a place that looked nice, and open! We had stopped about 2/3 of the way along the path in Prozao for lunch and saw that Sidreria Benjamin Casa Clemente was open and inviting. So we went in. Our lack of Spanish was not an issue as they had some English and we bumbled through the rest. I had a photo on Google that I liked the look of but it wasnt on the menu as they didnt have the seafood needed. They offered to do it but with some meat. Turned out great. We had an excellent bowl of pitu con carne con uevo. Plus the house wine, one of each colour, both fit for purpose. They gave us a lovely little amuse bouche to start with. Bread and coffee were both good. C Nice people and an excellent feed.
Having walked 10miles along the bear trail we found this lovely restaurant. The food is fantastic. There is someone who speaks English at this restaurant and she was super friendly to us. Just what we needed. You must try the rice pudding here.
Excellent and friendly place, family cooking feeling with a dash of countryside simplicity and honesty. Great food and a fireplace.
