Place was spacious, clean and suitable for many social events

This place is falling apart. Starting from the outside it looks abandoned grass is not cut, no plants nothing only weeds. Inside the place smells ugly and looks very outdated there was ants all over the floor walls are rotten from the bottom. This place need some love
