First visit today and would just like to say my beauty therapist Charlotte was first class. She was friendly which made me feel at ease and was thoroughly professional in her manner and carried out my treatment to a very good standard. I shall be returning and have already made my next appointment.

Best nails - usually last a full 3 weeks. Staff are always friendly and cheerful.
Lovely day- between BS and hairdressers- had very good facial which included lovely hand massage, Great pedicure with proper razor for dry skin and then very good highlights- 4.5 hours later I feel like a new woman.
Dawn is a world apart from other salons in Medway. She personalizes the experience and treats the customer like a Queen.
