White Meadow Temple is a wonderful conservative synagogue. I have belonged to the temple since I was 5. I left for about 8 years because my husband and I lived elsewhere in NJ, but I led Junior Congregation at WMT for those years. When we moved back to Rockaway we rejoined. It is a very loving, friendly, accepting place where you will quickly feel welcomed and then at home. I love White Meadow Temple, and you will too!

Our family has been a part of the White Meadow Temple family for many, many years. It’s comforting to know there are so many congregants ready, willing, and able to help out when something needs to be done. The Rabbi has been offering classes and get togethers during COVID-19 on Zoom to bring us in touch with one another while we keep socially distant. Once this pandemic is behind us we will all be looking forward to coming back together in the synagogue.

I have been a member of White meadow temple for over 20 years and have been the recipient of kindness and support from the rabbi and congregation in both good and difficult times. The congregation is supportive and always insures there is a minyan for a member to say kaddish in Temple or recently virtually by zoom.

I and my family have been members of the White Meadow Temple for 35 years. My children completed their schooling and B'nai Mitzvahs here. Our congregation is truly a family. We are still having some services and classes via digital means while the pandemic rages. We are all looking to being together in our \home\ soon.

While physically separated by COVID-19, the White Meadow Temple Community has stayed spiritually and personally connected. With Kabbalat Shabbat and Havdalah and classes and virtual get togethers the community has bonded together to support one another. There could not be a warmer and more inviting community to be a part of. In the face of adversity a strong, caring and loving community, White Meadow Temple is our COVID rainbow!
