I’ve visited this hospital about 5 times within the last two years. The care i received has always been great. My last visit was 1/12/21 and that was great too. Nurse Laura and Diane were caring, and took time to explain things to me. Even though it was a busy night they attended to my needs fairly quickly and I was home in 4 hours. Check in was fast. The Nurses, down to the ER techs who took care of me have always always shown me compassionate, introduced themselves, excellent bedside manners. The ER bathroom isn’t the finest but everything works as they should( running water hot n cold) there’s always tissues n paper to dry hands. I would visit again

The bathrooms in the ER were beyond disgusting!!. No one cleaned them after I pointed out to the staff how filthy they were-urine in the floor, feces left on the toilet seat!!

Don’t even get me started on this place. I was so miserable here after just having a baby in the mist of covid, I had to practically beg a staff member to change my pad and when she finally came she didn’t do it right so me being in pain I had to do it myself that’s just one of many problems I faced there won’t at all recommended have your baby here. I would give no starts if it were possible

This is an overdue review of the Good Shephard Hospice floor at Mercy Medical Center. The care which my mom received from each member of the care team was both compassionate and kind; together, with providing spiritual care, for us Catholic, I saw other denominations represented as well, Their level of knowledge and compassion were reassuring at such a difficult time. Thank you to everyone at Mercy for their caring attitudes.

If I could give this hospital no stars I would. This hospital is the WORST hospital I have ever seen! DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! The service provided was disappointing, to say the least. We were misinformed of the entirety of the diagnosis and found out about what was actually occurring through a family friend who worked at the hospital. Not once did the doctors try to communicate with us unless we made the effort to call continuously. There were days they would not even respond and would not reply to our voicemails. This is horrible considering we cannot visit patients so the only way we are informed is through them. The nurses gave us attitude and when we tried to thank them for all their hard work despite that, they could have cared less. For a hospital that is supposed to be loving and God like, they are far from that. Transferring our loved one out of this hospital was the best decision we could have ever made.
