1 month so far living at the Fenestra has been very pleasant! Curtis, who works as our concierge has been showing such stellar customer services, that is has allowed me to jump on here early to drop a review. He is extremely courteous and swift with helping me receive and deliver packages. He is very friendly, responsible and patient when working under pressure! Lastly, The only reason I put 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because our moving in process has been slow & rocky. Thanks to upper management and including maintenance, we were able to move up to speed!

As a 5yr tenant I strongly advise against living here. If you value your health and safety and that of your loved ones move elsewhere. Review my posted photos here and visit YouTube for more videos. Concierge Curtis Martin is an awesome asset to the Morguard Staff and to the Residents of our community. He’s always professional and very helpful. He follows up on requests that are made by the community residents. My wife and I have lived in the Rockville Town Center for 10 Years and we both agree that he has improved, what had become a dismal experience with the new management team. He handles our requests and updates us on any progress or follow up required.

We have lived in the Fenestra apartments for a long time now. We like the units and we like the staff that keep the apartments running. The current concierge staff are very pleasant! Thank you Curtis for always saying Good Morning and offering my dog a treat! The maintenance staff are also great and very helpful!

The staff here in 2021 is AMAZING My experience with the leasing manager Mr Breon Hightower was amongst the best experiences i have had as a customer. His genuine desire to help others, overall care, and professionalism truly deserve recognition. A experience I will forever remember and appreciate. There's so much more positive things I can list here but I have to get back on the road thanks again for everything this experience made my day
