Just moved into our Three Stone home and couldn’t be happier. The entire process from beginning to end has been great and everyone we have dealt with has been not only professional, but incredibly friendly and personable. The install crew and finish crew were enjoyable to be around and were genuinely excited for us and our new home. We would recommend Three Stone homes to anyone in the market for a new home.

We purchased a modular and have been in it for about 6 weeks now. Overall, very satisfied. The people are friendly and helpful. Every contractor and every employee who worked on the home was very nice and extremely respectful - made sure we were satisfied. I do recommend Three Stone Homes. My only suggestion is to ask a lot of questions up front and also, get copies of your paperwork (We own the home but have 1 sheet of paper!). The finish crew was excellent, but take your time to walk through the home. We have since found some interesting things (our home is not anchored to the foundation for starters) but nothing that cannot be fixed easily. Good people to work with.

To Randy Cole, Allison, Carol and the entire 3 Stones Staff, we can't say thank you enough. Our home consultant, Randy Cole was amazing. Very experienced. Extremely knowledgeable. Not only answered all our questions, he deftly guided us through what can be a rather complicated and daunting process. His highly professional, no pressure approach was perfect for us and a very welcomed reprieve after experiencing some very high pressure dealerships. The entire staff was so accommodating and genuinely sincere in helping us whether it was answering our questions, keeping us in the loop with communications, explaining the entire process every step of the way. The crew that delivered and set up was absolutely outstanding. Very professional. David and I watched as the crew set our home up and we were simply amazed at how they all knew their jobs so well and worked together so well as a team it was like watching a well choreographed ballet. We absolutely love our new home. We will highly recommend all of you and your dealership to everyone we talk to. Thank you all so much!
