All in all, I feel a bit sad about having eaten at Eggs, because I know that I’ll never be able to enjoy pasta Carbonara again — that is, unless if I’m back at Eggs. No other has contended with the flavor, consistency, and decadency of what we enjoyed during our visit to Eggs. I have to say, I was expecting a different form of pasta, but in the end I was thankful for the negative space of the Mezze Maniche Rigate. The sauce was so flavor and rich, and perfectly proportioned with the airy pasta noodles. Eat here if you have a chance, and go with the classic Carbonara, or option with truffle. And if you have room, the cream brûlée is a great way to finish.

Honestly the best pasta experience I could have asked for, with the best presentation and most fresh ingredients. We absolutely loved the starter made of trio of fried carbonara, a MUST try! Dessert not so mind blowing, but pasta divine!
Their carbonara is amazing! The plate seemed small, but it's more than enough. The bread we were served was delicious too. The staff was really nice.

I could write countless words to tell you how amazing this place is... or you could just go there and find it out on your own. If you're coming from abroad, this restaurant is a MUST.
