Why the place is good? -it’s one street behind the busy square so the only restaurant on the cozy quiet ️ fountain corner -no snobbish attitude but at-home-local atmosphere -simple but well-covered local menus The fried artichoke and the pasta were both excellent. And the waitress was very friendly with a great English skill (I see the other reviews complaining the services but I guess there are several persons. The young lady who served me was very polite and patient. She’s the friendliest I met in Rome) The location is great. Recommended, really️ Went back again. Great service, they recognized me instantly Thank you The prosciuttos with melons were just amazing. And the steak was heavenly. No need to precise how you want it to be cooked, it was just perfect. Nosalt no pepper needed, only the meat juice. I picked the vinegar-marinated grilled eggplant as a side. A wonderful combination. The juicy meat was well accompanied by the sour taste of vinegar. If you in a hurry you should say so in the beginning otherwise it’s on Roman time, which helped me to detach myself from the reality\u200d️. So I validate the place\u200d️It’s worthwhile visiting

Amazing Restaurant, a real hidden treasure. You have to try the \Carciofi\.

Food and location okay, but was overpriced. Apart from that rudest waitresses ever! I have never been treated with so less respect. I do not understand the good reviews so far. I highly recommend going somewhere else, alternatives are plenty and cheaper as well as more welcoming.

Definitely make this a priority in Rome. The menu was written fully in Italian and the restaurant was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly. We were excited to try the deep fried artichoke. The gnocchi with pesto was the best pasta I had in Rome. All of our dishes were delicious! I would go back in a heartbeat.
