A real high-end dining place. Not too many dishes to choose from, but the ones on the menu are sophisticated. A good selection of wines. Professional service.

Amazing delicious food and staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. Worth the extra money for the food. They gave us a welcome drink with gorgeous warm snack on arrival and then home made warm biscuits along with pastries and chocolate orange all complimentary at the end!!

Real tasty! And not just the waitresses. Honestly, just spend a little extra and eat here. You won't regret it.

First thing first: this great trattoria is open on Mondays! It deserves five stars just for this. I have to start this review from the ending of the visit as a chocolate lover: This restaurant won my heart with their gesture to offer huge pieces of chocolate with amazingly tasty orange pieces in it after a super delicious meal. I tried it four times, lunch and dinners and it never failed me. Great ambiance and ideal also for romantic dates. It is a family business dating back to 1924, and shows it has a touch of lady with the class it carries. The elegant owner visits each table and checks out if everything is fine and if her guests are happy. Service is very friendly. It is one of the unique trattorias in Rome in the sense that there are windows not hidden by dark curtains and it lets the day light or the street lights at night come in. I could never understand the logic behind creating totally closed in boxes as eating places in Rome as day and night you enter dark rooms for lunch or dinner in this city. Coming back to essence, the food is also very good. Pasta with vongole and botarga (small mussels topped with shaven fish egg) is to die for. Make sure you reserve for dinner. My compliments to the owners also for keeping it open on Mondays as most restaurants remain closed on that day in Rome. it has a separate elegant room which can be booked for special events. It is located a few hundred meters away from Piazza Cavour, a nice sort of business and residential area with good shops around it .

Nice ambiance, good (and quick) service, and tasty food. It is a great place to take someone out in the city, or to celebrate an occasion. I am rating it four stars because we felt pressured to have more than one dish/drink, and this kind ruined the vibe of our dinner.
