I would highly recommend Miguel Rosas to my neighbors. (Who have already asked me for his details.) He was extremely thorough and detailed. He would monitor his crew to ensure a good job. He was professional and polite, not intimidating. We were able to negotiate on a deal that that worked with my budget. He painted interior, and complete exterior power wash of exterior, scrape, and caulk trim, repair woodwork, and even cleaned out our gutters. Took all safety precautions while working during covid. I felt very taken care of and happy about choosing him above other more expensive painters.
