So upset by my visit today I donated 100s of DVDs some brand new worth a lot of money. I rang ahead to ensure they were accepting these donations and even told them what time I’d get there. The assistant manager flew out of the shop and told me that I had over stacked the bags and did I know that the charity shop down the road wasn’t even accepting donations. She took the donations off me at the door and didn’t even say thank you. A lady that was going to enter the shop turned around and left and said to me ‘there is no way I’m going in to that shop the way that lady spoke to you was appalling’. I agree, absolutely appalled.
