CPM's customer service (my correspondence was with Amanda) is simply outstanding! When choosing to purchase expensive and important piece of equipment like power meter, having great on-sales customer service reassures me that my after-sales needs will be taken care of adequately! Initially ordered Stages power meter, which got delayed twice to some extremely faraway date months away. Communication was prompt from CPM and they relayed information about delay expeditiously so that I can make a decision. Managed to find a good substitute (Favero Assioma) which they obtained from their supplier in less than 3 working days and delivered to me next working day - simply superb! Throughout the whole ordering and delay process of a month, Amanda was patient and on-the-ball with communication, and took note of my need for the power meter to be delivered before an upcoming race, well done! Highly recommend ordering from CPM!
