I was on the phone with a bitter lady called Marianne from NAV Røros. She was so unnecessarily rude the whole time we were talking! I needed to schedule an appointment at NAV Røros with her and she said she would call me back the next day to set up an appointment. This was about a month ago. Still no word. Horrible customer service.
