Called Saffron Lodge to enquire on behalf of of granddad and spoke to the site manager Lesley. Was not helpful at all. She did not want to be on the phone and had an awful attitude. I called as I am trying to get my grandad into a retirement home/village but this is certainly not the one for him. I felt extremely uncomfortable to even ask a question. I would not recommend and will certainly not be pursuing my grandad staying in this retirement village with Lesley as a site manager.
