The man in the shop is a thief, he charged me 115 pounds for one size down ring size change when it should be 25. He's creepy and it smells terrible in the shop, what a big mistake. PLEASE don't step foot in that shop.
Shocking diregard for customers. Total lack of respect shown. A miserable experiance for all those daft enough to go there.
The man who works in this jewellers is so miserable and rude , I think he needs to step away from front of house or retire as he clearly detests his job.
