Unhelpful agency , false guarantees about extra cleaning for covid precautions which accounted for the changed and later than booked arrival time of 7pm rather than 4pm. The property we rented was not even clean with dirt, used tissues, old sweets ,tablets and greasy grubby filth everywhere, no mattress protectors on most beds with filthy mattresses. It took many hours to clean. Even a cutlery drawer caked up with what looked like chocolate . When we asked for someone to come clean the house soon after arrival because it was uninhabitable and my husband had been sheilding and we shouldnt have to clean this sort of filth ,we were offered no help until lunchtime the next day - obviously this was too late! Property features overblown - nothing like described. When we complained the company said they'd offered to clean ( yes but not until they had waited until midway through the next day,when we had cleaned most things already. !!) Customer service skills are appalling , they do not care about your safety or holiday experience otherwise they would ensure that covid precautions were properly followed .

Efficient initial booking and admin for our week at Penny's Place in St. Ives but change-over housekeeping quite poor - broken loo seat, soiled bedsheet and dirty dishes in dishwasher. Also they provided no advance information about the serious parking problem in St. Ives. If you handle self-catering accommodation you know your client will arrive by car, probably late on a Saturday, and you also know that long-term parking in St. Ives can only be booked on-line. A simple two line warning in the arrival instructions would have saved us pounds in wasted short-term payment and a day of frustration. Amazed that when this was suggested to their office staff when returning the keys the response was in effect that clients should find out for themselves. Penny's Place is well furnished and equipped (for four, though that would be a tight squeeze) but the 'terrace' at the rear is only an enclosed yard spattered with pigeon and seagull droppings. Overall, a disappointment and not worth 900 a week.
