I ordered carpet mid July with an agreed delivery date of 12 August. I was charged a 25 admin fee for \arranging delivery\. They failed to deliver, and I had to collect my carpet myself from their warehouse. Then they refused to refund the admin fee (a fee for something they failed to do). The carpet is nice, however the service is poor. I will not be buying from them again.

Good service and very helpful, the carpet we bought was installed by there fitters quickly and made a good job of it and cleaned up any mess left over. Would recommended and buy from them again
Good prices and an even better service, was able to fit in the time span I needed as I was moving in to my house soon.
Highly recommend avoiding this company, after placing my order and paying for my carpet, the rude, arrogant deputy manager in St Neots has zero customer service skills and the company comes across like a rogue trader, they try there hardest not to refund customers, even a few hours after, I will be taking this up with head office then courts to get my money back. I would recommend avoiding at all costs.
Great prices with decent customer service, the man in the store (Andrew) was quick to help me find the ideal carpet for my living room as I was having it redone.
