Used to have great customer service and very helpful staff. Recently has been on a steady decline with rude, snotty, and disrespectful tellers that make negative comments making comments under their breathe and rolling their eyes at customers. Can’t explain new policies or what is going on and do not know their products. Do not trust your money with them!! Would give negative stars if I could!
I have been a customer for years. I'm a single parent, weekend and after hours of banking work great for me. My money is always available and I've only had to make two disputes for stolen checks, they honored that. It took a few weeks to get the money, but I didn't have to do calls and reports, they did all. I started 15 years ago and I'm still with them, I've relocated but have found this location, besides, you can deposit or withdraw at any Wal-Mart with your debit card at no fee.
Wood forest is my bank and I'm happy with their service.
This bank san benito tx needs more professional people ..becareful with them taking your money out of your accounts with not a notice and when you call and complain ....they come out with there stupid answers they never say to you when you open the account with them there liars and stealers!!! I'm not trusting them at all!!!!!
