Was booked in for a new tire and man behind desk said they’ll do the ailment for free which would of been around 30 so of course I said yes, whilst I waited for it to be done when I come to pick it up they switched staff behind desk and charged me for the aliment that they said was free, I believe they saw I was a young 17 year old and saw I had a flashy car thought I was a easy target to supposedly scam me. Very sneaky

Thank you so much to the team at ATS for fixing my car’s plastic undertray. I was on holiday near Sandown and noticed part of the plastic cover under the engine had gotten loose in the heavy rain. I took the car into ATS and they reattached it there and then. Could not ask for better service!
