We just bought our Skoda Kamiq in Las Chafiras and were lucky to be assisted by Oscar (sales representative at Angel Bello). We are very impressed by Oscar's professionalism and service minded way to treat us as his customers. Even though we donnot speak spanish Oscar in very good english explained all the details for us and the delivery process has been to our high satisfaction. Strongly recommend Angel Bello in Las Chafiras and particullary Oscar.

We have just traded in our old car and bought a new polo from Angel Bello. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, in particular the salesperson, Marilin, who, not only spoke great English, put herself out to make sure everything went smoothly. First Class Service, great car!
The only VW dealer in the world that I know of NOT saluting its customers 3 times in a row once. What a shame for the brand! Being a Touareg owner this is unacceptable. They should be taken they dealership licence right away by VW Germany. I went this morning again to the spare parts department in the back asking for a small reflector on the back bumper, what a drag I ended up saying if they could give me the part number so that I could order it on line as the service would likely be faster and faster anyway ...how pathetic! Being a long time VW, Porsche owner I would not recommend this dealer at all.
