You may book a free visit simply by calling them. Awesome experience also for our child, who finally got to know how his favourite cheese gets produced. Our guide was very nice (he is the nephew of the person who funded the caseificio). At the end of the tour you can taste a selection of Parmesan aged 12,24, and 36 months. Besides Parmesan, you can also buy ham, salame, and other delicatessen. I would definitely recommend a visit.

The owner was very nice and gave us an unique experience as an extra your! Loved it!
Very nice, friendly and interesting factory/shop. If you want to visit a parmeggiano factory this is the place to go.
Great visit and explanation of how Parmesan is made in this family run business going back over 200 years. Our group was delighted and very happy with very generous cheese, salami, prosciutto crudo and local wine samples.... Highly recommended!
They were very kind and welcoming. It was so interesting to see and learn how Parmigiano Reggiano is made.
