Called them to ask about a second opinion on a MRI scan. No one knew if they did that so they transferred me around a few times. Once I told the last person I was just transferred from where they were about to transfer me to, I was transferred to a supervisor who told me they do not do second reads without a referral. Probably a better choice not to get checked out by them considering how badly their employees are informed

Professional staff. Comforting care - really professional. Everything was on time. Safe. If you wear a mask - be sure to bring one that doesn’t have a metal bar.

Wanted to give a shout out to Holly at the reception desk, who was both efficient and also personable. I appreciated her sense of humor, and how I was treated. She is a gem!

I came in early morning to have an X-ray for my son. Unfortunately, our office did not make the appointment. Front desk Jazmen was very kind and added my son to the list and also updated his insurance. She apologized for the appointment issue, and was very patient and friendly. She’s amazing. I also noticed how professional and kind she was with all the other patients she was checking in. Thank you Jazmen! Keep up the great work!

Why is the appointment for 2pm when I’m not seen until 3:30pm, paying 7 an hour for parking, being exposed to and forced to wait in vicinity of a myriad of sick people in a confined room without windows... Every other person who came in an hour after me has gone in. Just make the appointment for 3:30. It’s not that hard.
