Great stones and variety of products. I came with my wife to choose a stone which we needed in order to match our quite colourful wall. The staff was very professional and patient. The amount required wasn’t huge but they treated me with a lot respect and patience and this went beyond my expectations. They were very polite and I will definitely be returning for the extension of my patio without a doubt! They are very competitively priced and couldn’t find any better quality elsewhere and though I’m trying to fault them... I can’t! Highly recommended!!! A

Strongly avoid shopping here, the customer service is awful. We ordered a bespoke step, took 3 weeks to manufacture and when we went to collect it was badly marked (see pics). Company refused to accept there was an issue and claimed it was 'natural'. I spent an hour looking around the site at other similar steps before choosing and no others had even the slightest hint of a mark. Took forever to get a refund - in the end saying our credit card company would get involved they agreed to refund. It has been awhile since I've been treated that badly by a store, the staff were rude and apathetic to both me and my husband. Definitely shop elsewhere!

Avoid this company! I run a gardening company and ordered some paving from Rock Unique for a client job. It was expensive compared to my usual supplier but I was assured they had the required stone in stock and delivery could be made the following week. It didn't arrive as scheduled costing me significant disruption and extra labour charges etc. The stone was poor quality with some pavers significantly thinner than advertised and as a result there were more breakages than normal. It turns out that an administrative error at their end had resulted in the delayed delivery. Customer service was shockingly bad and they refused to make any gesture of goodwill for their failure. My advise is to avoid using this company at all costs - you will be disappointed and out of pocket.
