We bought our Jaguar from Hatfields just over 2 years ago. The sales service as you would expect was very good. Once the sale had been made however, the support and customer service disappeared. We have been without our car for 5 months in that 2 years and the service and treatment has been shambolic. We currently have a complaint that has been running for over a year and we have been passed from pillar to post around the Jaguar network with absolutely nothing done, not even a hint of an apology. Very sad to report as we looked forward to owning the car. We will be asking the Ombudsman to make a fair and reasonable judgement and to force Hatfields into accepting responsibility for poor service and encouraging them to treat customers fairly and reasonably.

UTTER THEFT - 1ST SERVICE ON F PACE 583 ! DONT BOTHER A) BUYING A JAGUAR B) GETTING IT SERVICED AT HATFIELDS MY WIFE TOOK HER CAR FOR A 1ST SERVICE UNDER 8000 MILES AND WAS CHARGED 583.00 ! WOW - HAD 3 ONLINE QUOTES AND THE AVERAGE PRICE WAS 147 FOR THIS SAME SERVICE. COURSE THEY FLUFF IT UP AND SUGGEST THERE IS MORE WORK DONE ETC ETC AND \IT HAS BEEN MAIN DEALER SERVICED\ WONDERFUL - AT 4 TIMES THE PRICE OF ELSEWHERE REASSURRINGLY EXPENSIVE THEN ! HAD A V12 BENTLEY (19 PLATE) SERVICED A WEEK AGO AND COST 720.00 SO BE WARNED ...........

Excellent service here. Purchased a car off Ben in February and its brilliant. Jack in the service department also helped me out when my car went in for service. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else and will be using again when I'm thinking of an upgrade.
