The advice and service from the Real Computer Shop was fantastic, and made buying a laptop during lockdown so easy. Old laptop collected, data taken off hard drive and transferred, new laptop delivered all in one day. It was lovely to shop local, and to buy from a company who took the ethical stance of different brands into consideration when making their recommendations.

It is so good to have a local, professional team of people who can fix computer problems and give advice, especially during lockdown. I'm pleased to have had an ongoing support package over the last 5 years for fixing problems that includes remote access. I've also bought a computer from them and this was painless. Last week my computer was failing just a few days before I was due to run an important workshop and I thought I'd have to cancel the work.
