I visited Loose Ends a few times whilest on holiday in Shetland a couple of years ago and wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5. The lady who served me was super friendly, and very patiently even shew me how to use a knitting belt. Explaining I was a bit overwhelmed as it was my first time away from home in a long time, she invited me to the shops knit night. This is a proper little treasure trove of a shop, with a great range of haberdasheries, and with excellent customer service and lovely staff.

This tiny shop tucked away on Commercial Street in Lerwick, is a priceless little gem! The staff is really friendly and helpful, and they have a wonderful assortment of things you just won't find anywhere else in Shetland! If you are a knitter or a sewer, you do not want to miss this little spot!
