We saw this place as one of the restaurant to visit to taste local food. Its a small restaurant which has limited seating and has thali system ( half and full ). We ordered half and shared it. The quality of food was ok and food was sufficient for two people. Would like to recommend this place who wants to try some local dishes. Note to find this place take a road down from hide out cafe and turn left to find this place.

I just loved all the items in kangri dham specially the sweet dish. They make really tasty food. I didn have any idea that himachali food is that yummm.

Main point: Take one thali per person. Quantity is not much so you won't have problem finishing it. Nice, small cozy place. Food was delicious (I tried such food first time so my opinion can't be relied much ). For reference, I am from Delhi and found the food good. Tried dham thali and sweet babroo. Sweet babroo is just sweet enough to be called sweet..!

This place is tucked in the corner and is pretty small. We tried the kangri dham which was ok. We have had better dham across other places in Himachal and compared to those it was not that great. But if you are trying it for the first time then it makes sense.

Food was very authentic to the region and many herbs and ayurvedic jadibuti masala curries ... all jain loved the food...

The ambience was ok. Seating area is bit cramped. Had ordered mandyali thali and found taste was interesting. Try ordering half thali initially as full thali (unlimited ) might be more if you are not used to the taste and bit higher cost too. Rehru lassi and sidu was nice. Kangra chai was not so interesting. Happy fooding...
