Product was as requested but delivery was advised to be with me for late morning, so I took time off work and my self employed son declined work? Despite my phone calls mid morning, early afternoon, 3pm and 16.30 to find where delivery was, no delivery arrived til after this. Phone staff were very apologetic but my wage and my son turning down work as self employed has resulted in a 60 delivery probably costing us over 250. This is a shame because the shop/phone staff are very helpful.
