The staff are very friendly, experienced and will to help whenever needed. I love this gym and would not choose to go anywhere else. This is definitely a gym for those who like the old style of gyms where it's you, the weights and who's gonna break first.

Been training here for just under two years now, gyms got everything I require. Pete and both Scotts are ace for any advice with nutrition or training. Everyone else in the gym is decent, once you get to know people it's a great community!
